Unfortunately, itunes looks pretty cool. The plan is not to buy anything from them until I get the income to justify it. Once I start buying, things will probably go downhill from there.
I was looking at the audio books, and then realized how difficult it is for me to sit thorugh them. A few years ago, I tried to listen to one that a friend loaned me. It was really interesting. However, I kept spacing out. That meant rewinding. That meant more spacing and rewinding. Maybe audio books are wasted on me unless I'm in the car.

That is great! Im glad that you were able to get things going for your pod cast. as for me, I wouldn't have the foggiest idea on how to do something like that. Also the need isn't there to have such a dilemna!
I can't follow audio books either. But I believe the reason is because, I am a day dreamer and cannot stay still long enough to sit through a long lecture or something like and audio book. So I stick with the old fashioned idea of reading. It is the only way I got through college. I guess one of the other factors that got me through is that I took courses that caught my interest.

Daydreaming is what I end up doing too. I'll hear something that will give me an idea, and next thing I know I'm in my own little world. I'm much worse with fiction than non-fiction. In fact, non-fiction isn't so hard for me to follow. I guess that's because it amuses the geek within.
Yeah you got that right. I do better with non fiction as well. Right now I am attempting to read the latest Harry Potter book but yet I can't help going back to my other books. I guess you could say it amuses the inner geek within me too.
Ive walked inside my own little world since childhood. I had a hard childhood due to complications Id rather not bore you with. A psychologist said it was just a form of escape I adapted into real life. It mostly becomes more of a meditation than anything else.

Right now Im really ticked off at my computer! So Im going to turn it off for the day, week, month or so! LOL

I just tried doppler, and it worked for me. They must have fixed it.
LOL its not your fault why are you apologizing? Heh heh heh! Yeah it worked but I have to download a few other things to get this thing to work. Right now since Im going to be upgrading my video and sound card Im gonna put it on hold for awhile. I want to relax and play a few cool video games right now since I almost threw my scanner out the window!
